Account and Data Deletion

Hey there! If you want to delete your account and data for Bivarium (developed by Wattabi Studio), we’re here to help you out.

Here are the simple ways you can request data deletion:

1. Delete Local Data In-Game

  • Open the Bivarium app.

  • Go to the Settings menu.

  • Tap Logout. This immediately clears all your local save files (save_game.save and session.cfg) right from your device.

2. Request Cloud Data Deletion via Email

  • Send us an email at support@wattabistudio.com with the subject line: “Delete My Bivarium Account“.

  • Include your in-house User ID (UID) or your login email so we can find your data in our secure cloud database.

How long does it take?

Once we receive your request, your cloud data will be permanently wiped out within 7 business days.
